Throat Lozenges
1. COUGHNIL- ORANGE FLAVOUR
COMPOSITION:
Each Lozenge contains:
2,4- Dichlorobenzyl Alcohol............................................... 1.2 mg
Amylometacresol................................................................ 0.6 mg
Excipients: Sucrose, Liquid Glucose, Citric Acid, Menthol, Colour Sunset Yellow, Orange Flavour, Liquid Paraffin, Purified Water.
2. COUGHNIL- GINGER LEMON FLAVOUR
COMPOSITION:
Each Lozenge contains:
2,4- Dichlorobenzyl Alcohol............................................... 1.2 mg
Amylometacresol................................................................ 0.6 mg
Excipients: Sucrose, Liquid Glucose, Citric Acid, Menthol, Colour Sunset Yellow, Ginger- Lemon Flavour, Liquid Paraffin, Purified Water.
INDICATIONS:
Coughnil is indicated for the relief of minor mouth and throat infections. It is also indicated for relief of coughs due to colds and allergies.
DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:
For adults and children over 12 years of age: One lozenge every 3 hours. Dissolve slowly in the mouth. If the symptoms continue, consult your doctor.
For children from 6 to 12 years of age: One lozenge every 6 hours. Dissolve slowly in the mouth. If the symptoms continue, consult your doctor.
Children under 6 years of age: Use as directed by the doctor.
CONTRA-INDICATIONS:
Hypersensitive to any of the ingredients.
SPECIAL WARNING AND PRECAUTIONS FOR USE:
When a sore throat persists for more than two days, consult your doctor.
Coughnil lozenges are suitable for adults and children.
Young children can choke on lozenges.
UNDESIRABLE EFFECTS:
None reported so far.
Inform doctor of any adverse effect related to drug use.
STORAGE: Store in dry place not exceeding 30oC.
